Do NXTGEN paddles come with a warranty?

Yes. We offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

What should I do if my paddle is damaged or defective?

Email nxtgen.paddle@gmail.com with photos and details. If eligible, we’ll repair or replace your paddle under warranty.

How should I care for my paddle?

Avoid exposing it to extreme heat or cold (for example, don’t leave it in a hot car or freezing trunk). For best protection, store it in a paddle cover.

How do I keep my paddle clean?

Use the NXTGEN Paddle Eraser (a rubber block) to remove dirt and dust, keeping the face tacky and performing at its best.

Which NXTGEN paddle is right for my skill level?
